Join Blue Ridge Biofuels and GreenWorks to kickoff the Great Asheville-Buncombe Cleanup on Friday April 1 in the River Arts District.

Park in the gravel lot across from The Soapy Dog at 270 Depot Street. There we will have a quick orientation and a passing out of the supplies (bags, gloves, vests and grabbers). We will then break off into teams to wreak havoc on the litter.

4:30 pm

The cleanup is officially over and now it’s time for a reward. MMS Direct is throwing an after party for Asheville GreenWorks at 88 Roberts Street (across the street and down a bit from the Phil Mechanic Studios building).

All of the Volunteers are invited to walk up to this event which will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.

For the Volunteers who helped in that day’s cleanup are entitled to a couple complimentary beers, free food and live entertainment. All proceeds of this event will go to support our efforts at the Asheville GreenWorks.

For more information about the after-party, please visit MMS Direct’s website.

If you’re interested in coming out for this GREAT cause, please RSVP to or call our office (828) 254-1776
